Local families living in cars due to homelessness, says TD

A Longford-Westmeath TD says some local families are living in cars because they're homeless.

Sorca Clarke was speaking in the Dáil this week during a discussion about the housing crisis.

She says it's scandalous 93 council homes in her constituency are boarded up.

Deputy Clarke says the housing crisis is very severe in her area.
