Longford County Council has received €150,000 under the Local Enhancement Programme.
The scheme supports small capital works and the purchase of essential equipment, focusing on communities and ensuring funding reaches areas where it can make a difference.
The funding can support repairs to community facilities, accessibility upgrades, energyefficiency measures and the purchase of a range of items from laptops, signage, training equipment and more.
