A local election candidate has criticised Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary's comments about the UK's Rwanda policy.
Michael O'Leary said that Ryanair would 'happily' fly asylum-seekers from the UK to Rwanda under the new policy. British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has previously said the first flights will take off in 10 to 12 weeks' time.
Speaking to the Joe Finnegan show this morning, Green Party Local election candidate, Leslie O'Hora outlined his concerns with Mr O'Leary's comment:
