The Bishop of Ardagh & Clonmacnois is thanking those who provided care to the sick and isolated this year.
In a special seasonal message, recorded for Shannonside Northern Sound, Bishop Francis Duffy is reminding people to treasure family and friends this Christmas.
He is also sympathising with those who were left bereaved in what he described as difficult circumstances due to the pandemic.

The incoming Archbishop of Tuam says this year in particular, is a time to be grateful for the things we treasure in life.
