Illegal dumping is now 'completely out of control' in a west Roscommon town.
That's according to local councillor Micheál Frain after a large quanity of rubbish was discovered in The Plots area.
Residents have previously raised concerns over fly-tipping in so-called 'ghost estates' in the town.
