Hundreds walked in support of Pieta's biggest fundraising event this morning.
The annual Darkness into Light walks took place across the country, starting from 4am.
197 locations in Ireland and abroad were held in support of the suicide prevention charity, including ten gatherings throughout the Shannonside Northern Sound region.
In Castlerea, there was a turnout of over 250 people this morning.
