A pair of Leitrim sisters are preparing for a busy summer season ahead at their accessible guest house in Carrick-on-Shannon.
Local duo Angela Coleman and Breege previously worked in the healthcare sector prior to opening Heartlands House three years ago.
The bed and breakfast is designed for people with mobility issues or for those with an intellectual disability.

Speaking to Shannonside FM Angela says the facility allows people who may not have been on a holiday for years to finally get a break away.
