A Leitrim Councillor is calling on ESB networks to put in place a strategic plan of works following Storm Éowyn.
Fianna Fáil Councillor Sean McGowan brought forward a motion at today's Leitrim County Council meeting.
Some homes and businesses in the county were left without power for close to 3 weeks after the devastating storm.
Cllr McGowan says the ESB need to take the lead going forward:
