The Longford Park Run sees runners and walkers taking part from across the region each Saturday morning.

Parkruns take place weekly across the Shannonside region and are designed to foster a sense of community and encourage participation in physical activity.

The runs will recommence with public health guidelines in place to limit the danger of virus transmission.
