John Bruton's state funeral will take place in County Meath this Saturday. The former Taoiseach and Fine Gael leader died yesterday at the age of 76. His funeral mass will take place in Saints Peter's and Paul's Church in Dunboyne at 11 o'clock on Saturday morning. That will be followed by burial in the nearby Rooske Cemetery.
Local Fine Gael TD Frank Feighan has paid tribute to the former Taoiseach ahead of his State funeral. Speaking to Let's Talk, Deputy Feighan said Mr Bruton did the country a great service:
