Jobs boost for Castlerea as new service station opens in town

Up to 18 jobs are set to be created in Co. Roscommon following the opening of a new service station.

Mace service station on the Knock Road in Castlerea opened yesterday and includes a shop and a deli.

It's owned by local businessman and GAA referee Dermot Lyons.

Mr Lyons also owns the Mace Supermarket and Castlerea Post Office on the square.
