There's major disappointment in Boyle after plans for a Aldi store in the town were dealt a blow.

Roscommon County Council gave the supermarket giant planning permission for the supermarket last month.

But the decision has been appealed to An Coimisiún Pleanála, who will take four months to look into it.Jane
