Staff in the HSE are taking industrial action today, in frustration over a managerial recruitment freeze.
Forsa has organised the work-to-rule which affects all clerical and administrative staff in the health authority.
The union says it's unacceptable these grades are being targeted in a renewed recruitment moratorium.
