There was a mixed picture locally in terms of house prices in the first quarter of 2026 than a year previously.
That's according to the latest Daft.ie report which shows market prices in counties Longford, Leitrim and Roscommon have each seen an increase.
For a four-bed semi-detached house, prices have decreased in Leitrim by 6.3% compared to the same stage last year to just over €294,000.
In Roscommon, the average house price has risen by 15.1% to over €305,000 while Longford sees an increase of 9% to €254,000.
