The latest Daft.ie report shows market prices in counties Longford, Leitrim and Roscommon have each seen an increase.

That's according to the latest Daft.ie report which shows market prices in counties Longford, Leitrim and Roscommon have each seen an increase.

For a four-bed semi-detached house, prices have decreased in Leitrim by 6.3% compared to the same stage last year to just over €294,000.
In Roscommon, the average house price has risen by 15.1% to over €305,000 while Longford sees an increase of 9% to €254,000.
