An Athlone mother says her seriously ill 16-year-old daughter has been failed by the health service.
Anna Boles says Katie opened up about her mental health struggles over a year ago, but hasn't got the care she needs.
She's currently in Mullingar hospital with anorexia nervosa, to be care for physically.

It's her third admission there this year.
