Plans are due to be lodged for the redevelopment of a derelict building in Castlerea.
The major project at Hanly Hall on Patrick Street will also include a large extension to the rear of the building.
The Brothers of Charity services had developed plans to convert the hall into a day services or micro enterprise/office space.

They also propose building a new two-storey detached community residential building with car parking.
