Planning permission has been granted for upgrades at a Longford GAA club.
Rathcline GAA club in Lanesborough had applied to Longford county planners for alterations to the facade and windows of its existing gym.
The submission also proposed the construction of two new astroturf pitches, fencing, six additional floodlights, ball wall and all ancillary site works.

The project was given the green light subject to six conditions.
