Fianna Fáil Councillor Gary Prior has been elected as the new Cathaoirleach of the Ballinamore Municipal District. He was elected for the first time in last year's local elections. The role includes a €6,000 allowance for the year.
The new Leas Cathaoirleach will be fellow Fianna Fáil Councillor Paddy O'Rourke. Cllr Prior says it's a great honour to be elected as the new Cathaoirleach in the Ballinamore MD:
