Gardaí say they are investigating Longford town car fire

Gardaí say they are investigating all the circumstances surrounding a car fire in Longford town last night. The fire broke out at a residential property at Old Ardnacassa on the Dublin Road at around 6.30 pm. Longford Fire Service rapidly attended the scene and tackled the blaze.

There were no injuries reported following the incident. Investigations are ongoing.
