Gardai in Longford are investigating an incident involving the breaking of a window on a bus travelling through the county yesterday.
It's understood a Bus Eireann bus was being driven through Newtownforbes yesterday around twenty to two when a stone was thrown by a youth breaking a large window on one side of the vehicle.
No one was injured in the incident.

CCTV footage from the bus will be studied as well as any CCTV cameras in the area of the incident.
Gardai are also asking any motorist who might have dashcam footage from Newtownforbes around the time of the incident yesterday, or anyone who might have any information, to contact them at Longford Garda station.
