Gardai are investigating after a man robbed a shop in Longford on Saturday afternoon.
The incident occurred at around 2.35pm at premises in the town.
It's believed the man was armed with a hammer and a quantity of cash was taken and the male subsequently fled the area after the incident.

Gardai are investigating and are asking anyone who may have seen anything in the Park Road area to contact them.
