A 17-year-old girl who had been reported missing in County Leitrim earlier this week has been found safe and well. Emma Bannon was reported missing from the Carrick-on-Shannon area on Tuesday.
Gardaí have confirmed this morning that she has been located and no further action is required. They thanked both the media and the public for their assistance in the matter.
