Gardaí attend scene of collision in Carrick-on-Shannon

Gardaí attended the scene of a collision in Carrick-on-Shannon earlier this afternoon.
The two-vehicle collision occurred just before 4pm on the Mohill  junction off the N4 in Carrick-on-Shannon, with no fatalities reported.

It's been reported the collision caused heavy traffic and tailbacks in the area.
Gardaí have confirmed the road is open.
