Gardaí are continuing to appeal for information following an alleged assault in Co. Roscommon last weekend. The incident occurred at around 11pm on Sunday night in Strokestown.
A man in his 40s suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. Local Councillor Tom Crosby is appealing to anyone with information to come forward:
