An investigation has been launched into a suspected petrol bomb attack in county Longford.
The incident happened in the Edgeworthstown area at around 11pm on Sunday night.
In a statement, Gardaí say that they received a report of an incident of criminal damage by fire to a house in Edgeworthstown, shortly before 11:15pm on October 12th.

No injuries have been reported following the incident.
