An official garda car was involved in a two-car crash in north Longford yesterday.
The collision happened shortly after 8pm on the N55 at Cartron in Granard.
Gardai confirmed: "One of the cars involved was an official garda vehicle."

No one was seriously injured and investigations are ongoing.
