The funeral of a Roscommon woman who died in a swimming tragedy in Co Donegal will take place later today.
Máire Murray, from the Croghan Road in Carrick-on-Shannon, had been living in Dublin in recent years.
The late Ms Murray had been swimming in Glencolmcille last Friday when she got into difficulty.
She was transferred by the coast guard helicopter to Sligo University Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Ms Murray is pre-deceased by her parents Joe and Nancy and sister-in-law Sylvia.
Máire worked as the chief pharmacist at St Michael's hospital in Dublin and had been a regular visitor to the south west Donegal area over the last decade.
Her funeral mass takes place in Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Harold's Cross at 12 noon with cremation following in Mount Jerome Crematorium.
