The funeral is taking place today of a Longford woman who was killed in New York. Sarah McNally was allegedly stabbed to death while working in a bar in Maspeth in Queens on Saturday, March 30th.
Her boyfriend, Marcin Pieciak, with an address in 76 Street, Queens, has been charged with her murder. Her funeral is taking place in St Mel's Cathedral in Longford town at 11 o'clock this morning. She's from the area and local TD Joe Flaherty says she is highly regarded.
