Fundraiser for St Christopher’s draws strong support in Longford

A successful fundraiser for St Christopher's Services will continue in Longford until the end of the month.

Organiser Ann O'Leary says a pop-up shop at Harney's Jewellers at Grafton Court has proved popular with locals.

The pop-up shop and an ongoing bucket collection have so far raised over €1,700 for St Christopher's.

Ann says the event, which takes place on Saturday each week, will continue for the next fortnight thanks to Harneys' generosity.

Ann thanked the people of Longford Town for the continued support.
