Residents in a west Roscommon village have been left frustrated over delays in replacing a water mains.
People living in Cloonfad and surrounding areas have been faced with constant disruption to their water supply in recent years.
Uisce Éireann has not yet committed to a start date to replace the mains and the project design is still in progress.
Local councillor Paschal Fitzmaurice says the current system is outdated:
