4 Ulster Bank branches in the Shannonside region are set to close in April.
The branches in Longford Town, Roscommon Town, Athlone, and Mullingar will close on the 21st of April this year.
The bank has also confirmed that transactions will cease on the 31st of March, as well as services through An Post.
