A former Longford-Westmeath TD has criticised the allocation of Gardaí to rural areas of Ireland.
His comments come following this week's motion of no confidence in the Justice Minister.
Kevin Boxer Moran argues that the attitude of Government has changed with regards to policing and that the closing down of rural Garda stations is having a detrimental affect.
