A former head of the garda cold case unit says he's satisfied Richard Flynn killed Roscommon priest Niall Molloy - and no one else was involved.
This week marks the 40th anniversary of the 52-year-old's brutal death.
He was killed in Clara, Co Offaly, in the home of Richard and Therese Flynn.
Richard was charged with his manslaughter soon after, but was acquitted and died eight years ago.
