Plans have been approved for the transformation of the former Ulster Bank Building in Granard into a co-working hub.
An application for lettable office accommodation and co working spaces in the well known building was applied for earlier in the year by local man, Paul Belton.
Works to the building include repairs to the building envelope, upgrade works to intermediate floors and mechanical and electrical upgrades,

County planners have given the go ahead this week for the project with 7 conditions attached.
One includes the ruling that all requirements from the Heritage Officer towards the architectural conservation of the building must be complied with as the building is a protected structure.
