The Minister for Forestry has again been urged to visit Leitrim to see for himself the damage caused by Storm Éowyn.
A delegation from the county recently met with Michael Healy Rae to highlight the devastation caused by January's storm.
Cllr Gary Prior says that while the meeting was constructive the Minister didn't confirm a date for his visit.
The Fianna Fáil councillor says the destruction to forestry and powerlines is something he the Forestry Minister must see for himself.
He says he'll once again be reaching out to the Minister to urge him to visit the county:
