Farmers affected by a major gorse fire in Roscommon may not be eligible for payments due to burnt land. A local TD says the Department of Agriculture has sent some famers in Gorthaganny satellite images of their burnt land. Sinn Féin's Claire Kerrane is now urging the Agriculture Minister not to punish them with reduced payments.
