There are far too many vape and phone shops in towns in Co Leitrim, according to a councillor.
Fine Gael's Enda McGloin says other retail outlets are needed, to get more footfall and visitors.
He wants the council to review the current retail strategy.
But the council says it can't dictate what type of shops are preferable.
