The family of a man found dead in Leitrim five years ago say they'll continue their search for justice following a meeting with the Garda Commissioner today.
87-year-old Liam Farrell's body was discovered outside his Rooskey home in January 2020 - his family say he was attacked.
Today, members of Mr Farrell's family met with Drew Harris at Garda Headquarters and were told there's an 'open and ongoing' enquiry into his death.
Speaking afterwards, the family's solicitor, Frank Buttimer, said they are expecting an update on the case in the next few weeks:
