A mass and a commemorative walk are being held today in memory of Ashling Murphy. Durrow National School in Offaly has organised the mass at St. Colmcille’s Church. It has described Ashling as a "beautiful, kind, loving and excellent teacher."
The 23-year-old was killed in Tullamore this day two years ago. Josef Puska was last year found guilty of her murder, and sentenced to life in prison.
