An estate agent in Ballaghaderreen has criticised some comments made by Roscommon Councillor Tom Crosby as protests against public realm works continue.
Local residents and business owners are angry at the €4.5 million plan, which would see 47 car-parking spaces removed from the town.
Roscommon County Council this week offered to keep eight spaces however that has been dismissed by many in Ballaghaderreen.
Cllr Tom Crosby has been supportive of the plans in recent weeks however local estate agent James Kilcoyne says some of Crosby's comments have been appalling.
