Emergency services attend fatal house fire in Co. Offaly

Emergency services have attended the scene of a housefire which has claimed lives in Co. Offaly.
Fire crews were called to the blaze at a family home in Edenderry yesterday evening and managed to put out the blaze.

However its understood the house was occupied at the time, and one or more people may have died.
The scene has been sealed off.
