The Emergency Department at Sligo University Hospital is reporting severe overcrowding today.
39 people are in the ED this morning, with 25 on trolleys and 14 waiting in other areas.
That's followed by 22 patients in Galway University Hospital waiting for a bed and 7 in Portiuncula Hospital Ballinasloe.

Nationally, 398 people are waiting for beds in hospitals around the country with University Hospital Limerick once again the worst affected with 88 people waiting on site.
