Independent TD Marian Harkin says an early morning train to Sligo and a bypass of Carrick-on-Shannon are among her priorities for the next five years.
She was re-elected in Sligo-Leitrim at the weekend after a major battle for the last seat.
She's willing to enter into talks about supporting a Fianna Fáil/Fine Gael-led government.
