Roscommon councillor Tom Crosby has lodged the plans with Leitrim County Council.

Around three-point-five million euro will be spent on 19 houses in Dromod if they get the planning go-ahead.

They would see a combination of three and four-bed houses built at Mac Oisin Place.
Councillor Crosby says Dromod is a much sought-after area.
