Funding for regional airports can be used to improve security, connectivity and towards meeting climate targets.
Government has formally announced funding of over 21 million euro for Donegal, Kerry and Knock Airports.
Junior Transport Minister, Hildegarde Naughton, says it's important the smaller airports are supported.
