Local Gardaí have arrested a driver in Longford for drug driving and speeding.
The motorist was stopped on the Dublin Road in Longford Town for doing 84kph in a 50kph zone.
A drug test was also carried out, where they tested positive for amphetamines, methamphetamines, opiates, and cocaine.

The driver was arrested and they will face a court appearance in the near future.
