Detective Garda Colm Horkan remembered at annual ceremony today

The garda commissioner says the murdered detective Colm Horkan embodied the best of the police force.

Gardai today held their annual ceremony to mark the 89 officers who have died while on duty.

Colm Horkan was shot in Castlerea in Roscommon last June.

Drew Harris says it has been especially difficult for Colm’s family.
