The expected delay to the reopening of the Tulsk to Boyle Road is being described as "very regrettable". There have been diversions in place for almost three months on the N61, via Frenchpark, because of the upgrade of the N5.
It's due to reopen on August 25th, but Roscommon County Council says the contractor is looking for a three-week extension. Local councillor Seán Moylan says it's disappointing:
