The Dáil's been told there are serious problems in Sligo University Hospital - with overcrowding, a lack of beds, and outdated facilities.
The issue was raised by local Sinn Féin TD Martin Kenny.
He was speaking during a government bill that aims to address delays in delivering state infrastructure.
