The Dáil's been told housing developments can't go ahead in south Leitrim because of a lack of water supply.
Sinn Féin TD Martin Kenny says the South Leitrim Water Scheme serves two thirds of the county's population.
He says it's at over 100 per cent capacity - while it's supposed to be at around 80 per cent.
